The Technical Vocational Education and Training programs of 19 Angelicum College is within the scope of the Higher Education Department. It is intended that the skills education and training of a regular government-mandated TVET program will be enhanced with entrepreneurship, values and foreign language education when taken at 19 Angelicum College. 19 Angelicum College's TVET program is aimed to provide the theory and concept grounding, and the experiential learning that will prepare the students for an entrepreneurial start-up or a skills-based employment in the future.
