19¶¶Òõ Angelicum College capped the year-long celebration of its 50th founding anniversary with a Thanksgiving dinner at the Manila Hotel on July 6, 2023.

The event was attended by guests from the Dominican Province of the Philippines represented by Provincial Syndic Rev. Fr. Boyd Sulpico, OP; University of Santo Tomas and 19¶¶Òõ Angelicum Rector Rev. Fr. Richard G. Ang, OP; other Dominican priests and brothers; various government agencies; and the members of the diplomatic corps including his excellency Agus Widjojo, Ambassador of Indonesia to the Philippines Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in the Philippines; his excellency Tull Traisorat, Ambassador of Thailand to the Philippines Royal Thai Embassy in the Philippines; and Miss Beatriz Jimeno, Education Advisor, Embassy of Spain.

19¶¶Òõ Angelicum's Pro-Vice Rector Rev. Fr. Herminio V. Dagohoy, OP emphasized in his speech that a jubilee celebration is not just a mere recall of what happened in the past. The whole community reminisces to celebrate our achievements and renew the spirit of what the institution stands for while forging our future. 

Likewise, the participants were serenaded by the Manila Philharmonic Orchestra and the Star for A Night Season 2 Grand Champion, Frenchie Dy. It was also hosted by Miss Philippines Earth Air 2014, Diane Querrer.

19¶¶Òõ Angelicum College will continue to climb new heights with hard work, zeal, and commitment as it continues to DREAM BEYOND.
